Role Blitz Win Cash is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Artist/Motion Designer to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Artist/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging visual content that will help us promote and grow our brand. You will work closely with our User Acquisition team to create content for social media, online advertising, OOH campaigns, and other marketing materials. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for video and motion graphics Create original and innovative video content that stands out and captivates audiences for use in social media, and online advertising Continuously improve upon existing video content by testing and analyzing performance metrics Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and creative ideas for video content Conduct research and identify emerging trends in video marketing and storytelling Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality Profile Be creative and have a hacker mindset Strong proficiency in video editing and post-production software such as After Effect but also the Adobe Creative Suite Ability to create and implement creative concepts that align with the brand’s identity and messaging Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, motion graphics, or related field 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or related field Knowledge of the gaming industry is a plus 3D/animation/Unity knowledge are a + Benefits Competitive salary Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo Swile Lunch voucher Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) Wellness activities in our Paris office Flexible vacation policy Remote days Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)
