As a member of a high-performing team of 20, you'll collaborate to further scale and enhance Wizz, fostering a spirit of goodwill and creativity. As Wizz continues its dynamic growth and development, we are seeking an ambitious Data Engineer to join us. Role Build data workflows using tools like DAG and dbt, while developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards for clear visualization of key metrics. Conduct thorough analyses of pre and post product changes, defining KPIs and prioritizing initiatives based on expected impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AB testing, analyzing results, and improving testing frameworks for enhanced product evaluation. Align performance metrics with strategic goals to define quarterly objectives, ensuring decisions are data-driven and well-informed. Profile You are fluent in French & English Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation ; experience with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus. Familiarity with data modelisation tools such as dbt ; experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau and Looker is a plus You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results Strategic mindset with the ability to align data analyses with broader business objectives and drive impact through strategic initiatives Bonus point if you are familiar with a product analysis tool (Mixpanel, Amplitude, ...)
