Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams: HR, Talent acquisition, Legal, M&A and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. We are looking for an Indirect buyer with a solid background in leading negotiations on Indirect categories & strong data analysis skills. You will be part of a high-performing team of 3 people under the supervision of the Procurement Manager and will have the opportunity to grow your skills. Role Your main challenges will be to : Lead global negotiations on Indirect spend and drive subsequent savings. Build data driven cost reduction strategies Challenge & consolidate the need internally, working directly with business owners in order to generate significant costs savings Run benchmarks to lock the fact that Voodoo pays the right price Develop strong, trusted, and long-term relationships with suppliers Drive renewals to successful completion & put in place MSAs, working closely with legal Own procurement processes and drive strategies that deliver efficiency and ROI. Operate in a highly visible, hands-on role with direct impact.
