Team You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating some of the most promising game concepts emerging from our innovative prototyping teams. This studio is specifically chartered to take high-potential prototypes and evolve them into successful, market-ready titles. We’re looking for a creative and highly skilled Concept Artist to join our Casual games team. They have already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with their compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay. You’ll help define the game’s visual identity by producing compelling designs for characters, environments, props, and UI concepts. The ideal candidate is passionate about mobile games, understands stylized visual languages, and is excited to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Role Create engaging concept art for characters, environments, props, and UI elements that align with the style and tone of the game Translate gameplay ideas and feature briefs into visually exciting and usable designs. Produce moodboards, thumbnails, detailed sketches, and polished final concepts. Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and 3D Artists to ensure visual consistency across assets. Support the 3D pipeline with detailed callouts and visual references. Contribute to seasonal events and live content with fresh, creative visual ideas. Iterate quickly and efficiently in response to team feedback and A/B test results. Profile Experienced in stylized visual development for mobile games or animation (4+ years). Skilled in both character and environment concepting, with strong shape language and visual clarity. Proficient in digital illustration tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or similar. Comfortable iterating quickly based on feedback and adapting to a game's evolving style. Familiar with the production needs of mobile games (readability, scale, performance). A team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration with designers, artists, and developers. Excited about building delightful visual experiences that reach millions of players.
