Overview We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security architecture, network security and cloud security. This role requires understanding of complex IT systems with hands-on technical expertise of implementing security measures to safeguard the organization’s digital assets from cyber threats. The Corporate Cybersecurity Manager will report directly to the Head of Corporate Cybersecurity. Location This hybrid position is in San Jose, CA and requires three onsite days; fully remote work is not offered. Key Responsibilities · Security Architecture: Build frameworks to safeguard IT systems and data. · Cloud Security: Apply strong protections for cloud-based data and apps. · Network Security: Perform assessments; zero trust expertise required. · Security Operations: Manage daily operations and incident response. Required Qualifications · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. · Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in a cybersecurity role. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM/ XDR, EDR, scanning tools, zero trust architecture, AI, python etc.) and familiarity with various operating systems and networking protocols. · Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective cross-team collaboration. Work Environment The Cyber Security Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. This role may also require after-hours availability to respond to security incidents.
