Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) IDEST – 100 % distanciel, passionné(e) et compétent(e) pour rejoindre l’équipe de Prévenir. Vous contribuerez à la construction de la santé au travail de demain au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire passionnée. Plus particulièrement, vous serez en charge de : Réaliser des téléconsultations de santé au travail sous délégation médicale Développer des actions de prévention collective à distance via nos outils numériques innovants Ce poste requiert une solide connaissance en santé au travail (3 ans d'expérience minimum) ainsi qu'une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique. Prévenir est un Service de prévention et de santé au travail interentreprises (SPSTI) innovant en Île-de-France. Participer à sa mise en place est un challenge excitant qui nécessite de la créativité et un intérêt important pour les nouvelles technologies. Responsabilités TÉLÉCONSULTATIONS Visites d'Information et de Prévention (VIP) à distance Réaliser les VIP initiales et périodiques en téléconsultation selon protocole médical Recueillir les données de santé au travail et analyser le lien santé-travail Orienter vers le médecin du travail les situations nécessitant un avis médical Suivi individuel des salariés Assurer le suivi des préconisations médicales (aménagements, restrictions) Dispenser les conseils en santé au travail adaptés aux situations Accompagner les salariés en situation de handicap ou pathologie chronique Identifier précocement les situations à risque (désinsertion, RPS, addictions) Coordination avec l'équipe médicale Rendre compte au médecin du travail des situations complexes Participer aux réunions pluridisciplinaires en visioconférence Assurer la traçabilité dans les dossiers médicaux informatisés (DMST) ACTIONS EN MILIEU DE TRAVAIL À DISTANCE Évaluation de process à distance Construction de la prévention collective numérique Co-construire avec l'équipe des supports de prévention numériques Animer des webinaires thématiques (TMS, RPS, hygiène de vie, écrans…) Développer des parcours de prévention digitaux innovants Coordination avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire Participer à la veille sanitaire et au repérage des signaux faibles Contribuer aux actions collectives de prévention (campagnes, projets transverses) INNOVATION ET AMÉLIORATION CONTINUE Tester et déployer de nouveaux outils numériques en santé au travail Contribuer à l' optimisation des protocoles de téléconsultation Participer aux projets d'expérimentation IA en prévention santé Proposer des améliorations des process et des pratiques Assurer une veille technologique sur les innovations e-santé Profil recherché Diplôme d'État d'infirmier(e) requis Formations en santé au travail requises (DIUST, AFOMETRA...) 3 ans d'expérience en santé au travail Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec les salariés et les adhérents Vous vous retrouvez dans ces quelques lignes?
