With more than 1 million members and +45% year-over-year growth on our self-serve acquisition, we want to turn our organic acquisition into our #1 acquisition channel. SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization: optimizing visibility in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity) are gaining serious momentum at Alan. Organic sessions are growing, and we're capturing early conversions from LLMs. Now we need to professionalize our content engine: structured SEO processes, AI-powered workflows, and scalable production across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. You'll join Alan's Growth team to build the core skills for being an AI-augmented content expert as well as owner of our tone of voice across acquisition channels. ⭐ Your Mission ⭐ You'll work as a duo with our SEO/GEO Growth Marketer and partner with our Growth team to drive organic traffic and self-serve conversions with strong copywriting skills, using AI as a strong backbone. This role combines two core elements: writing content our future members love (clear, helpful, human) and architecting the systems to scale it (AI workflows, multi-market processes, repeatable frameworks) across four markets with different regulations and cultural contexts. You'll also become the guardian of Alan's tone of voice, ensuring brand consistency as we scale. Key missions include: Write and optimize SEO/GEO content at scale Write and optimize content, landing pages for search engines that generates non-branded traffic and self-serve conversions Research keywords, analyze search intent, and identify content opportunities using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs Uncover what people write in LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) and write GEO-led content that drives AI mentions and contracts Identify and cover topics our members care about: wellness at work, preventive health advice, navigating insurance complexity Build and run AI-powered content workflows Use and build Dust agents (our internal AI platform) to automate research, generate first drafts, and optimize content without sacrificing quality Experiment with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) for content production, localization, and optimization Plan & scale our organic growth across new markets and mediums Track and report on organic performance KPIs (rankings, citations, traffic, conversions) and iterate based on data Contribute to the channel’s vision to position Alan as a category leader in health insurance through strategic content Work with local market teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, and resonates Partner with Demand Gen, Thought-Leadership teams to own growth-led projects (community channel, performance-driven guides) ⭐ What makes this role exciting to start your career ⭐ Learn AI-driven content at scale: You'll get hands-on on AI agent creation (Dust workflows), SEO automation (Semrush), and AI-powered content production Work at the intersection of content, AI, and health: This role evolves rapidly with the AI landscape. Languages: Fluent in French and English (mandatory) Strong writing skills: You can write clear, engaging content across formats (blog posts, guides, landing pages) Ability to write content that performs: You don't just write well, you can demonstrate how your content generated measurable business impact (organic traffic, rankings, conversions) AI-curious and hands-on: You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in your content workflow and want to push further Data-informed: You track what you ship, and iterate based on what data tells you Operational rigor: You can produce at volume while maintaining output quality Fast learner : You're eager to grow your AI-driven content Nice-to-Have: SEO knowledge: keyword research, search intent analysis, on-page optimization (+ tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console) Experience in regulated industries (fintech, healthtech, insurtech) where you need to be creative within constraints Previous use of AI agents or content automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT) Interest in health, insurance, or wellness topics (previous knowledge is a strong bonus) For this role we are targeting a B0-B1 level range. ????
