Description du poste À propos du poste Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) de Service de Santé au Travail (ASST) passionné(e) et compétent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe pluridisciplinaire. Le poste est basé dans notre centre médical du 117 quai de Valmy 75010 Paris. Vous serez notamment en charge: De l’accueil des salariés à l’accueil du centre médical et de la préparation de leur visites médicales, de la ligne téléphonique de l’accueil De la planification des visites en entreprises de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire De participer à la définition et à la mise en place les outils et procédures adaptées pour servir nos adhérents et leurs salariés Ce poste requiert une solide expérience en santé au travail (3 ans d'expérience minimum) ainsi que la capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique. Prévenir est un nouveau Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail Interentreprises (SPSTI), participer à sa mise en place est un challenge excitant qui nécessite de la créativité et un intérêt important pour les nouvelles technologies. Parmi vos responsabilités Assurer l’accès au site pour les salariés Vérifications administratives avant les visites Gestion des prestataires intervenant dans le centre médical Planification et modification des visites médicales Planification des visites de l’équipe médicale en entreprise Participation à la gestion des urgences Selon profil: examens médicaux préliminaires et préparation des visites Profil recherché 3 ans d'expérience en tant qu’ASST en SPSTI Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à établir une relation de confiance avec l’équipe médicale, les salariés et les adhérents Capacité d’adaptation, au sein d’un environnement qui évolue rapidement Vous vous retrouvez dans ces quelques lignes?
