About the Role We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to develop high-performance web and desktop applications that power core components of our platform. You will work across engineering, product, and design teams to build scalable applications, implement real-time communication systems, and contribute to our technical strategy. This role requires strong experience with React, Vite, Electron, TypeScript, and real-time protocols, along with a passion for solving complex engineering challenges. Responsibilities Develop scalable web and desktop applications using React, Vite, and Electron . Architect and optimize real-time communication using WebSockets and MQTT . Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines via GitLab with automated testing. Write clean, maintainable code across HTML, CSS/SCSS, and TypeScript . Develop unit and E2E test coverage using Cypress . Lead code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Diagnose and resolve issues across production and development environments. Propose and implement improvements in architecture, workflows, and tooling. Design complex state management systems using Redux, Zustand, or XState. Implement efficient data-handling algorithms for caching, syncing, and real-time updates. Provide technical mentorship and contribute to long-term technical strategy. Requirements & Skills 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript development. Strong skills with React, Vite, Electron , and modern UI architecture. Proficiency in HTML, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript . Experience with WebSockets, MQTT , and real-time systems. Hands-on experience with Cypress and automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of Go or Python for backend collaboration (preferred). Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB . Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD and DevOps tooling. Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative communication skills. Expertise in state management (Redux, Zustand, XState) and performance optimization. Experience leading technical initiatives or influencing engineering direction.
