Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth.Also will partner with the hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the hiring process from start to finish.\nWhat will you do? Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both technical and non-technical roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. And drive the process rather than support it.Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events to promote bosta as an employer of choice.Who you are? 1-3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping and designing processes.Experience in hiring managerial level positions is a must.Understanding of Egypt employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends.Proactivity. You identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive teamYou leverage data to drive strategic hiring decisions and influence key stakeholdersPeople skills. You’re able to approach talent acquisition with innovative mindset, while building and managing internal and external partnershipsThe ability to multitask, juggle a bunch of stuff at once but also, somehow manage to be super organized at the same time is key hereExperience in using an ATS.
