The role involves coordinating with team leaders and team staff, maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting the sorting facility manager in achieving operational targets. Job Code : New 2026OPER-235\nJob Responsibilities:- Represent Bosta in communications with vendors.- Plan and execute daily/nightly line haul operations, ensuring efficient freight movement.- Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to line haul drivers and clerical staff.- Assign routes, manage workloads, and ensure adequate coverage.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time performance and cost.- Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and resolve driver concerns.- Support your team in daily management of Line Haul activities, including managing the logistics and transportation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Job Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Transportation / Business Administration, or a related field preferred.-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fleet Operations or logistics, with a focus on line haul operations or related function.-Proven leadership and supervisory skills.-Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management systems.-Able to work Night shifts is must.\n
