What you'll do Set the standard for great comms in a hyper growth, founder-led company. Work with marketing to help define our brand and raise awareness of Sierra externally as: A generational company; A category defining product; The best AI partner for the best companies; and Great place to work. Overall responsibility for our press, social media (including podcasts) and blog. Manage our PR agency day-to-day. Be a key part of the Marcomms team-- pitching in as needed. What you'll bring Understanding of the press and social media-- either from working at a company, in government or as a journalist. Entrepreneurial and scrappy. Clear written and verbal communications skills. Creativity and an ability to execute at speed. Experience working within a fast paced company (or other institution), and with independent-minded people. Calmness under pressure, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems. Great team player--able to work well with people at all levels of the organization. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, internally and externally.
