What you’ll do Think creatively outside the box and work closely with partners to push the brand narrative forward. Bring creative, from-the-ground-up thinking to brand and marketing strategy. Create brand assets and end-to-end campaign materials across internal, customer-facing, and external marketing needs. Build and maintain the brand systems that power everything we ship — templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that help teams move fast and stay on-brand. Design event collateral, signage, and other physical brand touchpoints. As a core member of Sierra’s design team, you will help shape the culture and visual foundation of our brand. Considering contract to potential FTE What you’ll bring 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design (agency or in-house) A portfolio showing strong visual design skills and attention to detail Proficiency with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (motion graphics experience a plus) Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment Openness to feedback, curiosity, and eagerness to grow design skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Our values Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness.
