Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system. The Role:follow-up of newly joined couriers during their first 30 days.The role focuses on attendance tracking, communication, data follow-up, and field support to ensuresmooth onboarding and operational readiness.Job Code :New 2026OPER-129\nKey Responsibilities:Oversee and validate vehicle requests received from OperationsAlign fleet capacity planning with operational needsTrack acquisition requests and fulfillment statusLead communication with fleet suppliers regarding required volumes and timelinesEnsure on-time vehicle delivery according to agreed SLAsMonitor supplier performance and escalate gaps when neededManage vehicle allocation for newly onboarded couriersEnsure completion of documentation, contracts, and handover processesCoordinate with Operations to support smooth courier activationMonitor vehicle-related losses, damages, and financial liabilitiesNotify relevant parties with proper documentationFollow up on recovery actions and reporting closureRequirements : 1 Year experience in operations, fleet, logistics, or field coordination Good communication and follow-up skills Comfortable using Google Sheets, Forms, and WhatsApp Willing to work in the field when needed Attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetPrevious experience in last-mile operations is a plus\n
