Reporting to the Revenue Supervisor, responsible for daily general ledger activities. In addition, the role will be focused on supporting the management by providing oversight and control over the completeness and accuracy of the financial results. Jobe Code: 2026FINA-039\nJob Responsibilities:Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data. Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly postedCommunicate with other departments and reply to the merchants’ complaints in a good manner while meeting the SLA.Ability to work on various systems (Operations, CRM & ERP).Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting.5+ years of experience in AR accountingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).knowledge of ERP system - Oracle NetSuite (Preferable).Knowledge of Power BI (Preferable).Strong ability to analyze financial information.Strong communication skills.Ability to speak and write English fluently\n
