Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.Job code: 2024FINA-197\nJob Responsibilities:Review and verify supplier invoices against POs and delivery notes (3-way matching).Record and post journal entries for suppliers.Review ETA portal on a daily basis.Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards.Review supplier and contractor invoices to ensure accurate tax treatment (VAT, WHT).Prepare monthly accruals and prepaid entries.Job Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in a similar role.Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).Strong organizational skills and self-motivated.High attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and prioritization skills.Preferably experienced with Oracle NetSuite.\n
