Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About the Role:This role will act as the strategic engine of the Expansion Department, driving alignment of all initiatives with Bosta’s IPO roadmap.\nJob Responsibilities Strategic Governance: Develop and maintain the Master Expansion Program Schedule; perform resource leveling across the three expansion "Pods" to prevent bottlenecks.Financial Control: Monitor total CAPEX utilization; approve budget variances for individual sites; lead cost-optimization initiatives to lower the "Cost-per-Parcel."Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Expansion, Ops, and cross functions.Standardization: Own the "Bosta Expansion Playbook," ensuring every new site adheres to standardized SOPs for layout, branding, and tech integrationJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within high-growth or fast-scaling businesses.PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.Proven experience managing high-value programs (multi-million EGP budgets).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\n
