TL;DR - We’re looking for a recruiting coordinator to support Lovable’s intentional growth. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to create engaging job descriptions, make sure our ATS (Ashby) is flawless, enhance candidate experience, conduct screenings, coordinate interview logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for our lovable candidates . What we're looking for 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment. Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, capable of facilitating clear communication both internally and, most importantly, with our candidates. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain detailed job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers to attract the right talent. Utilize our ATS effectively to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports on recruitment metrics. Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit, ensuring only the most suitable candidates move forward. Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates to confirm details, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, offering feedback, and ensuring timely follow-ups. About your application Please submit your application in English.
