Conduct meetings and product demos with prospective merchants to present Bosta’s solutions effectively. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the CRM. Gather market insights on customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings to enhance team strategy. Collaborate with Marketing, Onboarding, and Operations teams to ensure seamless merchant activation.Proactively contribute feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and performance.Job Qualifications: Experience: 1–2 years in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or technology-driven services.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple leads simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive, energetic approach. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and growth-oriented — aspiring to advance into a Senior Sales Executive role. Proficient in CRM tools and Google Workspace. Very good command of English (spoken and written).\n
