About the RoleAs our Senior Product Manager, you'll help solve consumer problems, define product roadmaps, craft product vision, and build products that scale to help grow GoTo's Digital Identity business line. You will work alongside the Business team, Engineering, Designers, Data Analytics, Data Science, Customer Research, Risk, and Compliance to help deliver innovative and delightful customer experiences.\nWhat You Will DoProduct Ownership - you will take full ownership of the new Digital Signature product portfolio, conceptualizing, planning, building, and managing end-user experiences related to the productCustomer-Centric - be the voice of the user and advocate for customer-first products while moving the needle on high-impact problem spacesData-Driven Approach - drive product decisions using data analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to achieve measurable outcomes.Strategic Roadmaps - define clear, well-scoped product requirements based on user pain points/needs, understanding, and insights from data backed by strong intuitionMarket Intelligence - stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes through data-driven research.Cross-functional collaboration - work in tandem with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure data-backed product launches, while also defining & tracking success metrics of the productWhat You Will NeedA Bachelor's / Master’s or equivalent degree, preferably in Engineering/Computer Science/ManagementAt least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or product-centric roles, ideally in a B2B product line with a large-scale product. Prior experience in B2B products, Fintech, Digital Identity/ Risk/ KYC domains will be a plus.Being data-driven - being able to work creatively with data teams to do the necessary analysis or build dashboards to support the product initiatives. Ability to query using SQL is a plusStrong communication skills & stakeholder management - able to communicate clearly with different teams, including but not limited to Software Engineers, Business, Data, Legal & ComplianceCustomer obsession and UX skills - you can empathize with the users and apply mature design thinking skills to build simple, intuitive, effective user journeys and interfacesYou can excel and adapt in a constantly changing and rapidly growing workplace, and close attention to detail would be very important to succeed\nAbout the TeamJoin the GoTo Digital Identity team, a group that is highly driven by user needs and their problem statement, motivated to find the solution, while also not afraid to try and learn new things.
