About the Role: Crusoe is seeking a Travel Manager to oversee and optimize our global travel program as we continue to scale. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our travel platform, ensuring policy compliance, managing travel vendor relationships, and supporting employees with a seamless and cost-effective travel experience. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who can balance service orientation with policy enforcement, data tracking, and process improvement while balancing employee experience and business needs. What You'll Be Working On: Administer and manage Crusoe’s corporate travel platform, including system configuration, user support, approval workflows, and reporting Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing, and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity. Serve as the primary point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and urgent travel needs. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards. Manage relationships with travel vendors relationships and key vendors to ensure smooth operations and competitive pricing. Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance. Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings, adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability as the company grows. Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications related to travel policies and processes.
