About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and energetic intern eager to tackle deep learning and computer vision challenges across various business areas in GoTo Financial. As part of the KYC Data Science Team, you will attend daily standups, collaborate on live production projects, and contribute to prototype development.\nWhat you will doWork with diverse data types, including images, videos, and text.Design, train, quantize, and deploy deep learning/computer vision models.Develop unit tests and documentation, while evaluating and benchmarking model performance.Communicate regularly with your supervisor or buddy for updates and feedback.What you will needStrong understanding of deep learning and computer vision for practical applications.Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.Strong communication skills to understand business requirements and convey analytical results effectively.Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.\nAbout the TeamThe GoTo KYC Data Science Team develops critical ML models and components that enhance the security and reliability of GoTo’s payment systems.
