The Materials Support Representative is responsible for an in depth understanding of multiple roles and filling in and supporting said roles as assigned by supervision. The main roles include Pallet Wrapper, Kitchen Runner, Decanting and Warehouse Associate. This team member will be expected to do all these roles efficiently and accurately when needed as well as develop and learn other roles. The hours may vary between 1st and 2nd Shift.\nPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited toFill in and/or Assist the Kitchen RunnerUnderstanding of Pick Lists and Kitchen paperworkUtilize the barcode scanner to accurately scan items to and from inventory locations in AXFill in and/or Assist the Pallet WrapperComplete paperwork accurately; recording production, batch numbers, etc.Utilize barcode scanner to accurately report and transfer meals in AXFill in and/or Assist the Decanting positionsPull product from freezersUtilize barcode scanner to scan items from inventory into consumptionFill in and/or Assist the Dock TeamOperate forklifts, electric pallet jacks and manual pallet jacksLoad & Unload trucksProperly complete shipping and receiving documentsUtilize barcode scanner to move product within the AXWork on getting DOT certification to drive shuttle van as a backup when necessaryAssist in cycle counting, audits, training when necessaryOther duties assigned by supervisorFollow all company GMP and safety policiesRequired Skills and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExemplary attendance Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt and take directionStrong initiative to take ownership of specific tasksSolid multi-tasking and organizational skills to be able to handle various tasks from day to dayAbility to perform basic mathStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work with othersPreferred Skills and Experience 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or production environmentForklift and electric pallet jack experiencePrior inventory experienceAX software knowledge a plusExperience in food production or food industryBilingual (English/Spanish) Physical RequirementsRegularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and armsFrequently required to stand, communicate, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to perform repetitive movementsAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)\nCompany OverviewMom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
