The overnight Sanitation Supervisor leads the Sanitation crew to ensure all work is performed efficiently and according to the company’s food safety standards utilizing the appropriate cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.Hours are Monday - Friday from 11pm - 7am. Must be flexible to come in earlier or stay later. \nPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited toMonitor, coach, and evaluate employee performance; process timecards and resolve issuesPerform daily pre/post-operation inspections and initiates plant start-up/shut-down proceduresMaintain SSOP daily records and reviews previous day’s recordsMaintain the Master Sanitation Schedule and all associated recordsMonitor sanitation procedure compliance by all employeesUse all required safety equipment and consistently follows all food-related sanitation and operating safety guidelineTake the initiative to see and assign general cleaning tasks in the work area in agreement with the Sanitation ManageAssist with daily USDA/FSIS pre-operational inspections of the facility and processing/packaging equipmentRequired Skills and ExperienceHazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Certification (HACCP) or ability to be certified upon hireServSafe Certification or ability to be certified upon hireGood communicator; must be able to read/write/speak in EnglishIntermediate computer, math, and measurement conversion skillsOrganized and detail-oriented with problem-solving skillsAble to obtain all required certifications and renew as necessaryAble to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlinesAble to learn/adapt to changing requirements/situationsAble to work overtime and weekends as necessaryPreferred Skills and Experience1-5 years previous work-related experience in a USDA/FSIS inspected food manufacturing environmentPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and armsFrequently is required to stand, communicate, and listenOccasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouchOccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAble to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)\nCompany OverviewMom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide for over 25 years.
