We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in mobile (iOS and Android) development, with proven experience integrating mobile solutions into enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).This role is responsible for developing scalable, secure, and compliant architectures that support clinical operations, patient engagement, and business transformation initiatives.Salary range: $100,003 - 130,003 plus 10% bonusAt this time, we are NOT considering applicants that require immigration sponsorship (additional work authorization or permanent work authorization) now or in the future to work in the United States. We value our team members, and this is one way we can show it.Benefits include:-PTO, holiday pay and holiday of choice-401(k) match-Life insurance-Short-term disability-Health, dental and vision insurance-Maternity/paternity leave-Health savings account (HSA)-Flex spending accounts (FSA) – health and dependent\nPosition Responsibilities may include, but not limited toLead end-to-end solution architecture for mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with business and clinical objectivesDefine and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices for mobile and ERP integrationDesign and implement secure, compliant integrations between mobile solutions and Salesforce or Dynamics 365 F&OCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system architecture, and oversee implementationEnsure all solutions meet healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PHI)Provide technical leadership during the development lifecycle and ensure solution scalability and maintainabilityDevelop integration blueprints, data flow diagrams, and documentation supporting enterprise architecture governanceEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools and frameworks to enhance system performance and reliabilityRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture, including at least 3 years in mobile application developmentProven experience with Salesforce (required) or Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O integrationProficiency in mobile frameworks and technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter)Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and mobile security principlesExperience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and HIPAA complianceFamiliarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Salesforce Cloud) and CI/CD practicesStrong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsPreferred Skills and ExperienceSalesforce or Microsoft certification (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, MB-600)Experience integrating with EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)Knowledge of enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft or Azure Logic AppsPrior experience in digital health or patient engagement solutionsPhysical RequirementsRepetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingersSedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periodsVisual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\n
