The incumbent must be familiar with various discharge and assignment documents for all provinces across Canada and have the ability to validate for accuracy. The incumbent must be comfortable reviewing and understanding Discharge Statements.\nThe Core Responsibilities!Prepare and/or review discharge documents for accuracy to submit to management for executionHave documents signed and distributed to the appropriate partyReview weekly reports to identify residential and commercial loans requiring discharge documentation and prepare/distribute appropriately by line of business, on an individual loan basis.Liaise with solicitors and financial institutions regarding dischargesReconcile discharge reports and keep other departmental reports updated as necessaryIdentify potential risks such as discrepancies in the documentation or payout funds receivedUnderstand and follow policies, guidelines, and proceduresConduct title searches using various provincial search enginesComplete requests as assigned by managementLet's Talk About You! Complete a diploma program in a related discipline or minimum of 2 years of in a related fieldIn depth knowledge of discharge processes (internal and external) and provincial documentsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to meet tight deadlinesAbility to balance multiple high-risk priorities simultaneouslyStrong organization skillsSuperior interpersonal and communication skills – written and oralExcellent customer service skillsTeam orientedProblem solving skillsComputer literate (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)\nWhat we offer [For full-time permanent roles] ????
