About This Role: The Senior GTM Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across Crusoe's Go-To-Market organization. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent. This role is fully on-site at our San Francisco, CA office. What You’ll Be Working On: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Go-To-Market roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Revenue Operations).
