About this role: As a Product Design Intern at Crusoe you will be an integral part of the product team, own impactful projects and take them from idea to execution in a fast paced environment. You will be embedded into a product area, be pro-active and take initiative to work collaboratively with other functions. You’ll work on defining the problem, conducting early research, defining the interactions, creating clear artifacts that guide decision making and execution. This is a 12-week in-person program based in our Bay Area offices. While we have two locations- Sunnyvale and San Francisco, most events and programming will take place in San Francisco. What You'll be working on: Own the design from start to finish for AI developers and platform engineers Identify user and business needs in partnership with product, marketing, and data science Create sketches, flows, prototypes and high fidelity visuals for your features in Figma Ensure a high quality implementation by working closely with engineering Strong ability to iterate through the design process, give and receive critiques and rapidly incorporate feedback What you’ll bring to the team: Currently pursuing a degree in Design or a closely related field, graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 A demonstrated baseline in interaction design and visual design skills with a portfolio of work Background in B2B software, developer platforms or technical tools An ability to express ideas through design prototyping and code An eagerness to learn and a demonstrated self-starting initiative Bonus Points: An interest in design tools and design systems Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to build great relationships and convey/ debate design rationale High empathy for the user, striving to understand and empower them Knowledge or interest in the building blocks of a neo cloud and/or ai developer tools tools Benefits: Compensation will be $1,690/per week and a one-time housing stipend Access to HealthiestYou and Calm Paid Holiday and Volunteer Days Commuter Allowance Internship Dates: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026 May 26, 2026 - August 14, 2026 June 15, 2026- September 4, 2026 Statistics from our 2025 Program: Interns would rate their overall internship experience a 4.45/5 91% of interns would recommend this internship to a friend or peer 93% of interns would recommend their manager to participate in the program again next year 94% of interns would recommend their mentor to participate in the program again next year Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
