Revenue Enablement Group sits at the core of how customers discover, buy, subscribe, pay, upgrade, and are served - and how teams across Veo operate with accurate, timely and trustworthy information. This is a high-leverage leadership role where the foundations you build will directly shape how Veo grows, operates and innovates in the years ahead.You will lead the engineering group responsible for the systems and platforms powering Veo’s revenue engine and internal operational effectiveness across three strategic teams:Monetization - scalable self-service and purchase flows that unlock growth.Revenue Platform - world-class subscription and payments capabilities.Business Optimization - systems and tools that improve operational efficiency.You’ll define the long-term technical direction for your group, develop the engineering managers who report to you, and ensure that your teams are set up to deliver clarity, quality, and momentum.\nWhat You Will DoSet a clear technical and organizational direction for the Revenue Enablement group, aligned with Veo’s long-term growth.Lead, coach and empower engineering managers and ~20 engineers across multiple domains.Drive maturity across engineering practices, architecture, integrations and internal platforms.Partner closely with Product, Data, Finance and Commercial leaders to define priorities, shape problem statements, and ensure the right trade-offs.Raise the bar across engineering excellence, including observability, documentation, security, reliability, and learning culture.Anticipate scaling needs and proactively design for future growth, optionality and global expansion.Build a group identity that values clarity, autonomy, and high-quality execution.What You Could BringExperience leading multi-team engineering groups (through managers) in a scaling, product-led environment.Strong foundation in platform, systems, internal tooling, or commerce infrastructure engineering.Ability to design and evolve complex, interconnected systems with a focus on long-term resilience.Proven capability to lead architectural direction while maintaining delivery pace.Comfort working with ambiguity, breaking down complexity, and creating alignment at multiple levels.A leadership style that builds trust, ownership, candour and growth.Excellent systems-level thinking, product mindset and communication skills.Bonus experience:Subscription, billing, payments or pricing infrastructure.Data quality, integration frameworks, or iPaaS platforms.Hardware + software business models or multi-product environments.\nOur Copenhagen office mirrors our innovative technology – with an indoor ball court, rooftop terrace, and well-equipped gym.
