The position:We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.Working Hours: Monday-Friday // 08:30-17:00 (Available on weekends to support if there are any issues - rarely)Salary: £14.42p/hContract Type: TemporaryLocation: BS32 0BF\nRole of an On-Site Coordinator:Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are setEnsuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accuratelyTemporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.Dealing with colleagues queriesGood planning and organisation skillsEnsuring compliance in all areasAmbition and determination to succeedRecruiting candidates for ClientConfident in building relationship with clientCommunication skillsAs an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:Strong communication skills both written & verbal.The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skillsDemonstrate attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasksProblem-solving attitude makes effective decisions in a fast-paced environment\n£14.42 - £14.42 an hour\nWhat we’re aboutAt Job&Talent, we're revolutionising the employment market globally.
