Why Harvey At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 58+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst to own the analytics, systems, and automation that power how Harvey hires at scale. As Harvey grows rapidly and enters new markets, recruiting must operate with clarity, predictability, and speed. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems ownership, and AI-enabled innovation — ensuring our recruiting infrastructure produces high-quality insights and the workflows to act on them. You’ll be the systems owner for Ashby, responsible for the integrity of our recruiting data and the design of workflows, automations, and integrations that keep the system running smoothly as complexity increases. You’ll also build and maintain the reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models that guide hiring decisions, surface risks early, and support headcount planning in partnership with Recruiting, People, and Finance. A core part of this role is continuous improvement through automation and AI: identifying manual or low-signal processes and replacing them with smarter, more scalable solutions. This is a builder role for someone who enjoys designing analytical frameworks, owning critical systems end-to-end, and applying emerging tooling to real operational problems. What You’ll Do Own and manage Ashby, including workflows, automations, integrations, and ongoing system performance. Implement automation and AI-enabled processes across the recruiting lifecycle to reduce manual work and improve operational consistency. Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give clear visibility into funnel performance, recruiter activity, interviewer utilization, and hiring forecasts. Develop the data infrastructure needed for accurate headcount tracking, operational metrics, and long-term planning. Ensure Ashby and Workday remain aligned through accurate data flow, reconciliation of positions, and system consistency as hiring scales. Analyze recruiting and operational trends, offering insights that inform strategy and support decision-making for Recruiting, People, and Finance. Improve and document core recruiting processes, focusing on scalability, standardization, and removing friction for both candidates and internal teams. Evaluate and support the rollout of new tools to improve efficiency and system reliability. What You Have 5+ years in Recruiting Operations, BizOps, Sales Ops, People Analytics, FinOps, or similar roles with strong analytical and systems responsibilities. Experience administering an ATS (Ashby preferred), including workflow configuration, automation design, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards, reporting structures, or data models that influence decision-making. Comfort using automation and AI-supported tools to streamline processes and improve accuracy. A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to understand how tools connect, how data flows, and how to design processes that scale. High attention to detail and commitment to data quality, governance, and accuracy across systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruiting, People, and Finance partners in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS, particularly around data alignment and headcount structure. Compensation Range 128,000 - 173,000 USD #LI-TS1 Harvey is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
