This role supports multiple C-Suite executives and works alongside four other EAs who collectively ensure the executive team is well-coordinated, informed, and focused on what matters most.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and knows how to bring structure, organization, and calm to the chaos that often comes with start-up life. You’re the type who anticipates needs before they’re spoken, stays two steps ahead, and takes pride in being known for your reliability, judgment, and professionalism.\nWhat you'll do:Provide proactive administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and document preparationServe as a trusted partner and representative for executives, ensuring timely communication and follow-through on prioritiesManage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality with the highest level of discretionCoordinate and host on-site meetings and visits, including managing catering orders, greeting guests, and ensuring meeting spaces are properly set up and equippedPartner closely with the broader EA team to ensure seamless communication, scheduling alignment, and support coverage across the executive suiteAnticipate logistical and operational needs, identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without being asked twiceSupport cross-functional coordination between executives and their teams, acting as a connector and communicator when neededAdapt to shifting priorities and feedback while maintaining a positive, composed, and professional approachWhat we’re looking for:7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct support to multiple executives at the C-suite or senior leadership levelProven success in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments, with the ability to stay organized and calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work consistentlyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving as part of a teamHigh emotional intelligence (EQ) - able to read a room, build trust quickly, and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and empathyA reputation for reliability, discretion, and sound judgment, someone leaders can depend on without hesitationTech-savvy with strong proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and TeamsMust-have Requirements: Perform activities such as stooping, climbing, typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of timeDedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenicsWillingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally\n$90,000 - $145,000 a yearSalary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience.
