The Quant Trading team is responsible for trading and managing risks associated with different crypto products, including spots and derivatives. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments.\nResponsibilitiesSupport delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforcedOptimize existing trading strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk’s requirementsManage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategiesPerform ad-hoc scripting(Python) upon trading desk’s requestRequirementsMust have 3 years of experience in crypto industry.Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiar with working in LINUX environment (3y+)Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risksStrong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skillsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills\nLife @ Crypto.com Empowered to think big.
