\nJob Responsibilities:Handle enquiries from internal users, submitted through internal systems or through in-person interactions;Assist with hardware provisioning and deprovisioning processes and manage asset inventory records;Troubleshoot software and hardware issues across endpoint devices;Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices;Perform user account provisioning, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts as required;Escalate unresolved technical issues to Senior IT staff for further investigation and resolution;Participate in IT projects , including tasks such as developing automation workflows, implementing AI services, performing housekeeping tasks, and other initiatives;Participate in IT security initiatives, including patch management and adherence to security protocols;Execute additional tasks as needed to ensure the successful fulfillment of the above responsibilities.Job Requirements:General IT Support experience including User laptop provisioning, maintenance, User Account Provisioning and deprovisioning is considered a plus;Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems. Linux would be an advantage;Experience with Atlassian products, such as Jira for ticket-handling is a plus;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently and in a timely manner;Past experience in IT support or a similar technical role is a plus.You are also expected to have:Higher education in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines is a must;Experience in the field of fintech is not mandatory required;Preferably have basic knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of financial technologies/services;Must have a reasonable understanding of the Company’s business, its technical, financial and organizational structure;Must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside the Company, and should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
