The Opportunity:We’re seeking a Principal Product Designer to join the Crypto.com Innovation Lab, a protected environment to design and build new ideas, features and products that find their way into our services, or break new ground in new industries. You’ll create simple prototypes that evolve into end-to-end experiences that draw on your product thinking and high fidelity design execution.You’ll be joining a design-driven organization where design thinking is valued and supported at the highest levels. As a Product Designer, you'll have the trust to implement your vision while collaborating with talented designers, developers, and product managers who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences.\nWhat you'll do:Define new product ideasConceptualize new products and features within and outside of Crypto.com’s product offerings and carry them through to releaseCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior management to generate product ideas and define how the experience and design should workCraft InterfacesRapidly develop wireframes, prototypes, and low/high-fidelity visual designs to demonstrate interaction and design ideas and facilitate discussionsRefine your concepts into fully fleshed out experiencesDefine identity elements like brand marks and design system stylingConduct market research and present your findingsPlan and facilitate user research activities, including 1:1 user interviews, focus groups or usability testsPresent and ImplementPitch concepts to the leadership teamIncorporate feedback into new design directionsWork with developers to implement designsSkills & Experience RequirementsYou currently hold crypto and understand the basics of tradingYou have 5+ years of experience working as a product designer on digital productsFluid use of Figma, components, variables, and stylesYou have solved complex problems and have a solid understanding of user-centered design and UX principlesYou understand different research approaches and know which ones to utilize and whenYou demonstrate product vision and use data and experimentation to provide product directionYou’re excellent at articulating design decisions, presenting to clients or stakeholdersYou demonstrate solid leadership skills and an ability to develop strong partnerships with product managers and engineersNice to have:Experience working in a design agency, building 0-1 end-to-end productsKnowledge of wider design tools and code, like C4D, AEFamiliarity designing web landing pages, understanding the unique constraints of the web\n
