Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception, roadmap prioritisation through to execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.About the role: We are looking for a Senior / Lead Product Manager to drive product initiatives from inception through execution. This is a unique opportunity for someone with vision to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that helps change the way we deal with money. You will be able to drive impact and launch products/features across our global footprint. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.\nJob ResponsibilitiesLead, plan, execute and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on:A. Institutional User Experience:Build, iterate and optimize a best-in-class trading UX/UI and workflows for institutional and professional tradersB. Institutional Product Suite:Crypto-As-A-ServiceLine of CreditOTC RFQ & ESPAPI trading connectivity and featuresCommercial Custody (interim)Feature and Product Definition: -Define features and product outcomes by leading and actively documenting product specifications and requirementsCollaboration with Development Teams: -Provide product outcome direction -Work closely with lead developers to develop technical solutions -Share guidance with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test plansRoadmap Management: -Manage the roadmap backlog -Ship products and features in a timely mannerEngagement with Business and Sales Teams: -Facilitate user studies through client meetings and interviews for product feedback -Iterate on feedback to ensure user needs are captured and prioritized appropriatelyPrioritization of Initiatives: -Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively -Weigh necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomesMarket Awareness: -Stay close to market and industry trendsCross-Functional Representation: -Represent the domain in communications with cross-functional teamsFeature Management: - Manage specific features within the product suiteJob RequirementsAt least 8 years of product management experience, with a domain knowledge of exchange / Institutional trading / prime brokerage platforms is preferred A data-informed work style, viewed through a compassionate lens of the userA passion for building delightful customer-facing products and experiencesExperience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scaleDemonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing resultsThe ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growthDiligent and open to learning new thingsBring humility to your work and how you work with othersGood aptitude for understanding technical concepts and applying them is preferred\n#LI-RL3#LI-Hybrid#LI-Senior
