As a Portfolio Associate, you will play a vital role in coordinating portfolio events, building and maintaining infrastructure to support portfolio companies, and building tools to streamline team operations. Your responsibilities will include managing virtual and in-person events targeting portfolio founders, maintaining the Animoca Brands portfolio updates, and building tools that enhance team efficiency\nResponsibilities:Build and maintain digital infrastructure to scale our support to 470+ portfolio companies, from contact lists to scalable support in fostering ecosystem partnershipCollate investor updates from portfolio companies and third party sources to help prioritize portfolio supportManage virtual and in-person events from programming to on-site logistics, to ensure a smooth event experience for participants and attendeesUpdate our portfolio on our digital channels, showcasing our projects and providing relevant information for investors and partnersAssist in general administrative tasks and support ad-hoc projects as neededRequirements:A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environmentMeticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of workReliable and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders in a professional mannerComfortable working remotely and independently, while being an effective team playerThe ideal candidate would have coding knowledge or curiosity to learn, so to build tools and automate processes especially across Notion, Airtable, and Slack\n
