About Moca NetworkMoca Network, one of Animoca Brands' flagship projects, is building the chain-agnostic digital identity infrastructure for the open internet by providing one universal account for a user's assets, identity, and reputation across multiple ecosystems. The primary product built by Moca Network is AIR Kit, a digital identity infrastructure that  enables Web2 and Web3 projects to create a universal embedded account for users to own and use digital assets, identity, and reputation data, while gaining access to a suite of DeFi and consumer services provided by Moca Network's partners. AIR Kit empowers large user base apps to create their own app ecosystem natively with embedded blockchain features, while ensuring these users can use the same account, identity, reputation across all consumer apps on any chains that have adopted AIR Kit.Position Overview: As a Software Engineer for Support & Operations, you will build and maintain internal tools, automate operational processes, and provide technical support for users and partners of the Moca Network ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of engineering and operations, creating solutions that streamline workflows, enable partner integrations through the AIR Kit, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.\nResponsibilities:Technical Support & Escalation: Provide technical support for Moca Network's external partners and users, acting as the first technical response layer for escalations regarding AIR Kit (Account, Credentials, Wallet Services) and Moca Chain. Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes within Moca Network operations, particularly those related to the Moca Chain and internal backoffice workflows. Develop software solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency.Back-office Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy internal software applications and tools that automate and streamline Moca Network operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, Typescript, and Python.Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, GraphQL).Experience with back office systems and operations, preferably in a Web3, Identity, or FinTech domain.Familiarity with SDK development and Web3 technologies, including Account Abstraction (AA) and Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) are beneficial.Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.Ability to efficiently context-switch between development and support/troubleshooting activities.Stayed updated with emerging AI and web3 technologies, standards, and industry trends.\nThe Perks of Joining Animoca Brands:A Vibrant and Diverse Workplace: Immerse yourself in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment with colleagues from over 15 nationalities (and growing!).
