This role will work closely with our management team to cultivate and manage a high‑quality global investor base, support capital-raising efforts, and communicate Animoca Brands’ strategy, performance, and vision to the investment community.\nResponsibilities:Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, including venture capital firms, institutional investors, and strategic partnersAct as a trusted partner to investors, understanding their objectives and aligning them with Animoca Brands’ opportunities where appropriateWork closely with the Strategic Finance team to align IR messaging with financial strategy, capital structure, and key transactionsManage the preparation of investor materials, including quarterly reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and briefing documents for senior leadershipOrganize and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and annual general meetings, ensuring all logistics and content are executed to a high standardMonitor market trends, competitor performance, and industry developments within the blockchain and gaming sectors to provide actionable insights to the executive teamAssist in the execution of capital raising activities and other corporate transactions by providing IR support and managing investor due diligence processesEnsure all investor communications comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standardsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field8+ years of proven experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within the technology, gaming, or fintech sectorsDeep understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital marketsExceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiencesStrong interest in and knowledge of blockchain technology, NFTs, and the decentralized webAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretionFluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to our global investor base is a plus\nThe Perks of Joining Animoca Brands:A Vibrant and Diverse Workplace: Immerse yourself in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment with colleagues from over 15 nationalities (and growing!).
