We are currently looking for a Design Lead in Romania.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for a seasoned design professional ready to shape and scale a growing design function. You will bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to the team while continuing to deliver high-quality creative work across product, brand, and web experiences. Working in a remote-first, globally distributed environment, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to align design with business priorities.
