Used by more than 2,500 hospitals in over 100 countries and backed by 700+ clinical studies, including research that helped expand national stroke-treatment guidelines, RapidAI is the most clinically validated AI platform in healthcare.\nWhat you will do:Provide technical leadership, write high quality and maintainable codeDesign and build impactful technical solutions and own them through the entire development lifecycleLead engineering projects and initiatives, including scoping, planning, and executionCollaborate cross-functionally with product management, design, and other engineering teamsResearch and evaluate new technologies and techniques for potential adoptionEstablish architecture plans, conventions, standards, and best practicesIdentify areas for improving code quality, performance, scalability, and stabilityConduct code reviews and ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentationEnsure the engineering team understands the business direction and how each individual engineer’s work contributes towards the big picture of the product line and company offeringsThis position does not have direct reports.This position requires working hours aligned with the US Pacific Time zone (UTC-7/UTC-8) to collaborate effectively with our US-based teams. Candidates in India should be comfortable with early morning and late night working hours.Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager.What you bring: Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent8+ years of experience in frontend development ( fullstack is bonus)3+ years of experience with TypeScript, HTML, Angular, CSS and other related technologiesDeep knowledge of how web applications work including HTTP, DNS, caching, authentication, session management and best practicesA good understanding of client-side state management, and how to employ reactive programming to reduce complexityA good understanding of the unique challenges of mobile development (intermittent connectivity, push notifications, device/OS fragmentation etc)Creating platforms, reusable libraries, and utilities wherever applicableCommunicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a global environmentSolid analytical and reasoning skills for design, troubleshooting and root cause analysis  Great communication skills with technical and non-technical teams \nRapidAI is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
