Snowflakeは、企業、そしてそこで働く「人」が自らのポテンシャルを最大限に発揮できるよう支援しています。インパクト、イノベーション、そしてコラボレーションを重視するSnowflakeは、大規模な構築に挑み、迅速に動き、テクノロジーとキャリアを次のレベルへと引き上げるための最高の環境です。 現在、ソリューション・エンジニアリング部門では、Applied Field Engineeringチームに加わっていただけるSenior AI Architectを募集しています。本職務では、技術リーダーシップを発揮し、技術担当者や経営幹部と協力しながら、企業のデータアーキテクチャおよびエコシステム全体の重要なコンポーネントとして、Snowflakeクラウド・データ・プラットフォームの設計とアーキテクチャを推進します。 営業チームと密に連携し、顧客ニーズの把握、営業サイクルの戦略立案、価値に基づいた魅力的なデモンストレーションの実施、エンタープライズ向けPoC（概念実証）のサポート、そして最終的な成約を牽引していただきます。データ取り込み、変換、レイクハウス・ワークロード全般にわたるSnowflakeのプラットフォーム機能を、専門知識やベストプラクティス、リファレンス・アーキテクチャを活用して提示していただきます。ビジネスと技術の両方の文脈に精通し、エグゼクティブとの対話から技術者との深い議論まで柔軟に対応できる能力が求められます。 主な職務内容 マルチクラウド・データアーキテクチャの専門知識を活かし、戦略的見込み客、既存顧客、パートナー企業の経営幹部や技術担当者に対し、Snowflakeのテクノロジーとビジョンを提案する。 デモからPoC、設計、実装に至るまでのセールスサイクル全体を通じて、顧客とハンズオンで連携し、Snowflakeテクノロジーの価値を実証・伝達する。 絶えず進化する業界に身を置き、競合他社や補完的技術・ベンダーについて深く理解し、それらに対するSnowflakeのポジショニングを明確にする。 プロダクト・マネジメント、エンジニアリング、マーケティングの各チームと協力し、Snowflakeの製品およびマーケティングの継続的な改善に貢献する。 求める経験・スキル エンタープライズ・データ領域における、10年以上のアーキテクチャおよびデータエンジニアリング経験。 プリセールス環境（セールスエンジニア、ソリューションエンジニア、ソリューションアーキテクト等）での5年以上の経験。 ホワイトボードを用いた即興の解説や、プレゼンテーション、デモを通じた、技術層およびエグゼクティブ層に対する卓越したプレゼンテーション能力。 顧客固有のビジネス課題とSnowflakeのソリューションを結びつける能力。 顧客のアーキテクチャ・フレームワークを深く掘り下げ、Snowflakeのデータアーキテクチャと統合させる能力。 大規模データベース、データウェアハウス技術、ETL、アナリティクス、クラウド技術（データレイク、データメッシュ、データファブリックなど）における幅広い経験。 SQL、Python、Pandas、Spark、PySpark、Hadoop、Hive、およびその他のビッグデータ技術を用いたハンズオンでの開発経験。 ETL/ELTデータパイプラインを構築するためのデータ統合サービスおよびツール（Apache NiFi、Matillion、Fivetran、Qlik、Informaticaなど）に関する深い理解。 ストリーミング技術（例：Kafka、Flink、Spark Streaming、Kinesis）および、リアルタイム・準リアルタイムのユースケース（例：CDC）に関する知識。 相互運用可能なデータレイクハウス・アーキテクチャの設計経験、およびIceberg、Delta、Parquetの使用経験。 データエンジニアリングにおける強力なアーキテクチャの専門知識（エグゼクティブや技術者に対して自信を持ってプレゼン・デモを行い、即興の質問にも効果的に対応できること）。 学士号必須。コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、数学、または関連分野の修士号、あるいは同等の経験があれば尚可。 (必須) ビジネスレベル以上の日本語および英語能力 Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
