You will be responsible for the excellence, security, and scalability of our "Banking" pillar.Leading a hybrid team of 18 (8 internal, 10 external), your mission is to transform financial support into a strategic asset that drives customer trust and market differentiation.1. Strategic Leadership & Vision- Mission & vision: Define and communicate the team’s vision and long-term strategy, ensuring full alignment with Departmental and Product Line goals- Strategic resource management: Oversee resource planning, including precise forecasting and hiring plans to match business growth- Executive decision-making: Make high-impact strategic decisions based on KPI analysis and risk/opportunity assessment at the department level- OKR Ownership: OKRs are shared with the FinSer track, to align interest between support, product & business. Define and track on a very regular basis team objectives in collaboration with the Head of Support to ensure collective performance optimization2. Management & BPO oversight- Leadership coaching: Directly manage and mentor Associate Team Leads and Individual Contributors, focusing on their professional growth and leadership or expertise skills- Outsourcing management: Act as the primary point of contact for externalized teams. Manage the relationship, monitor their performance against SLAs, and ensure the culture remains consistent with internal standards- Talent strategy: Develop a macro-vision of the team's talent pool. Lead recruitment efforts for key roles and define the collective upskilling roadmap3. Innovation, Projects & Financial Excellence- Innovation roadmap: Identify, lead, and follow through on innovation projects (e.g., AI implementation, self-care automation, call, KYC) to stay ahead of industry standards and drive product improvement- Certification & quality compliance: Design and enforce certification programs for agents and managers to guarantee "banking-grade" expertise and compliance with financial regulations- Continuous Improvement: Maintain a critical eye on existing processes, implementing new methodologies to optimize global performance and reduce friction for clients4. Communication & Stakeholder Management- Cross-departmental synergy: Ensure seamless collaboration between Support, Sales, Product, and Compliance departments- Strategic visibility: Provide the executive management team with clear reporting on risks, opportunities, and the success of implemented solutions- Crisis & escalation management: Handle sensitive interpersonal conflicts and high-level client escalations that impact the company’s reputation or legal standingProfileMust-have:- Minimum 10 years of experience in Support/Ops within a Financial Services / Banking / PSP / Fintech environment, with strong quality and compliance constraints- Strong experience in performance management and data-driven management- Solid experience in compliance & risk topics applied to support operations (KYC/KYB, AML/CFT, GDPR, PSD2)- Ability to structure and industrialize operations- Experience managing hybrid teams (in-house + outsourced)- Proven experience in projects / transformation initiatives with measurable impact on scalability and costs- Strategic leadership- High standards, rigor, and a strong risk mindset- Clear communication and influenceNice-to-have:- Knowledge of SWIFT / SEPA / ISO 20022 and/or security standards such as ISO 27001 / PCI DSS- Certifications: AMF, EFPA, ICA\n\n????
