The opportunity Understand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs. Identify pain points, gaps, opportunities for improvements—then pro-actively drive change. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production. Harness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions. Stay up to date with developments among competitors and in the wider DeFi, TradFi and design fields. Skills you should HODL 7+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work. Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions. Advanced skills in prototyping and validating concepts, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners. Curious, open-minded, eager to learn from feedback and iterate on designs. Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders. Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them to improve outcomes. Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both peers and non-design audiences. Experience in designing trading products, interest in crypto are a strong plus.
