This is a high-leverage role designed for an ambitious, AI-forward professional who excels at turning high-level direction into polished execution. Your mission is to amplify the CRO’s impact by owning the heavy lifting of executive communications, rapid-response data analysis and operational follow-through.In this role, you will work in close coordination with the VP of Revenue Operations - the CRO’s primary strategic partner - to ensure that the leadership’s vision is translated into daily action and that the organisation maintains a high tempo of execution.\nKey Responsibilities AI-Driven Executive EnablementThe ‘Next-Gen’ Workspace: Actively leverage AI tools (LLMs, automated synthesis, and AI-driven design) to accelerate the production of briefs, reports, and communications. You are expected to be an early adopter who uses technology to work with 10x efficiencyHigh-Stakes Storytelling: Lead the production of sophisticated slide decks and visual narratives for Board meetings, QBRs, and external keynotes. You take the ‘rough notes’ from the CRO and VP of RevOps and turn them into world-class executive contentSynthesis & Prep: Ensure the CRO is never ‘going in cold’. You will synthesise updates from across the business into concise daily briefings and preparation notesAgile Business IntelligenceAd-Hoc Strategic Analysis: Act as the first responder for the CRO’s analytical questions.
