The company is co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore. Nium is seeking a Sr Manager of Procurement to join our dynamic global finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee a global function across all of our entities. This role is responsible for managing the procurement function to ensure compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all business units. The role will oversee all aspects of purchasing, vendor management, and procurement systems—while partnering cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, enforce policies, and optimize company spend.\nResponsibilitiesDevelop and oversee global procurement strategy aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency across all entities and regions.Lead the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to contract negotiation, onboarding, and renewal.Design, implement, and maintain procurement policies, tools, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency.Negotiate strategic vendor contracts and pricing agreements, driving cost optimisation while maintaining service quality and risk mitigation.Oversee procurement systems and tools, including purchase order platforms and approval workflowsEnsure cross-entity compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align procurement practices with corporate objectives, budget, and risk management.Manage and optimize related spend systems such asTravel & Expense (T&E) platforms, corporate card programs, and employee reimbursement processes.Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees globally on procurement procedures, policies, and tools.Monitor and report on key procurement KPIs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.RequirementsMin of 8+ yrs of experience in Procurement in a Technology companyStrong verbal and written communication skills (in English)Relevant procurement software experience eg.
