In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the daily operational activities that support U.S. dental school accounts. Your focus will be on driving sales and profitability objectives in alignment with the strategic plan of dental schools. You will ensure operational excellence while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. By working closely with the Sr. Operations Manager, you will help in onboarding processes, contract management, and pricing strategies.
