In this role, you will significantly impact the relationship between brands and consumers by developing and enhancing chatbots. You will collaborate directly with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure chatbots perform effectively and align with business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to creating seamless user experiences, streamline interactions, and improve the overall performance of AI tools.
