In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing technical standards for automation and sensing across the organization. Your expertise will help ensure consistency and efficiency in our operations, impacting the quality of service provided to millions. By collaborating with operational units, you will lead initiatives that optimize performance and elevate industry standards. This position requires a strong technical skill set and a passion for innovation in automation.\nAccountabilitiesDevelop and implement technical standards for automation and sensing across the organization, ensuring consistency and efficiency.Review and approve automation projects submitted by operational units, ensuring they meet group standards and objectives.Provide technical consultancy for operational units, guiding them on best practices and advanced automation solutions.Develop and review control logic for Siemens and Schneider PLCs, ensuring compliance with established standards.Specify sensors and instruments as per guidelines and support selection and implementation in the units.Conduct technical audits and project evaluations to maintain automation and instrumentation standards.Assist in configuring and programming PLCs to align projects with the group's standardized model.Provide technical support in the field for optimal functionality of automation systems.Program Siemens and Schneider PLCs to adjust systems to specific unit conditions.Conduct training and workshops to ensure technical knowledge aligns with standardization.Document field interventions and maintain detailed records for maintenance support and audits.RequirementsIn-depth technical knowledge of Siemens and Schneider PLCs and industrial communication networks.Skills in programming, control logic, and project management; experience in system and instrument standardization.Leadership capabilities in industrial automation and instrumentation, including technical standards definition and project review.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation, or related fields.Proficiency in Excel for data organization and analysis, and PowerPoint for presentations; Power BI is a plus.Availability for travel to business units as project/operations needs arise.BenefitsMedical assistance.Dental assistance.Zenklub (mental and nutritional health services).Free assistance services (social, legal, and financial).Life insurance.Transport allowance.Gympass.Food and/or meal allowance.Profit sharing.Office kit.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
