In this role, you will drive high-impact projects from inception through completion, collaborating with diverse teams to achieve strategic outcomes. If you are passionate about technology and project success, this opportunity is designed for you.\nAccountabilitiesPlan, develop, implement, and manage project teams through complete task definitions and work requirement identification and assignments.Collaborate closely with project team and key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, and outcomes.Establish, monitor, and manage project expectations with the team, assigning tasks and identifying issues for resolution.Prepare and maintain all project status reports and schedules; track milestones/deliverables, issues, and dependencies.Respond to inquiries regarding project status; prepare communication for stakeholders.Lead and support project team members to ensure successful project execution.Build and maintain strong relationships essential for achieving project goals.Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.Run Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver results across project stages.Prepare post-project reports and summaries for timely dissemination.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field.Five years of relevant experience in IT project management.Experience facilitating and leading projects in fast-paced environments.Strong skills in engaging diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.PM certifications such as PMP and/or Scrum are preferred.Experience with Atlassian/Jira is a plus.Ability to collaborate effectively with others.Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward.BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.Comprehensive healthcare benefits.Financial security programs.Retirement plans.Family resources and support.Tuition reduction for eligible employees and their dependents.Various employee discounts.\nWhy Apply Through Jobgether?
